Terms and Conditions.

• Changes to Your Order - Any changes you would like to make to your order, (such as size, description, flavors, etc.) will be accepted up until one month prior to your event. One month prior to your event no changes can be made. (Your order has been locked in)

• Allergens - Artsy Cakeworks's products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens. You agree to research for any possible allergic reactions of your guests making Artsy Cakeworks not responsible.

• Damages - Artsy Cakeworks is not responsible for any damages to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for your cake.

• Pick-up - If you have chosen to have your cake picked up Artsy Cakeworks is not responsible for damages to any cakes once it has left Artsy Cakeworks. Any repairs or additional cakes will be subject to additional fees.

• Borrowed items - I agree that any borrowed items such as cake stands, utensils, etc. will be returned to Artsy Cakeworks within a two-week period so that other brides have the option to borrow items if they need to.

• Communication is key. Please be up-front with any issues about your date and payments. We will do everything we can to accommodate you.

• Retainer Fee - I agree to pay a retainer fee of $50.00 as discussed to keep my date on the calendar. If I have any difficulties with this arrangement, I will let Artsy Cakeworks know and further arrangements can be made.

• Payments - All payments will be made in full one month prior to the event date unless an arrangement has been made.

Our Guarantee - We promise to do everything in our power to deliver you a cake that exceeds your expectations. We will work with you on every level to make sure you are completely satisfied and happy with your order.
